We manage the process from start to finish, providing a turnkey installation programme, as agreed by customers and stakeholders, which includes: site surveys, designs and approvals; installation; testing and commissioning.
End-to-end user payment processing can be provided with card readers, mobile apps and RFID (radio frequency ID) cards as available options to suit any customer requirement.
Under Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Electric Blue provides a complete charger management service with full 24-hour customer service support. This includes equipment maintenance and warranty, insurance, and full OCCP compliant back office, to maximise charger uptime. To give our customers total peace of mind, regular reporting covers any user issues or complaints, with comprehensive fault management and resolution looked after by Electric Blue.
