We take care of the where, the how, and the type. We provide a turnkey installation program including site surveys, design and approvals, all DNO work, civils, installation, testing and commissioning. All with agreement and sign off from customers and stakeholders.
We can provide end to end user payment processing via card readers, mobile Apps and RFID cards to suit our customers needs.
We provide a complete charger management service under contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with full 24⁄7 customer service support. This includes equipment maintenance and warranty, insurance and full OCCP compliant back office to maximise charger uptime. We provide comprehensive fault management and resolution and handle any user issues or complaints, with regular reporting to our customers, giving total reassurance and peace of mind.
If your preferred option is to run the chargers in-house, we can support the implementation of that option too.
Also we offer iBay - an intelligent charging parking bay management system - ensuring only vehicles that are charging are parked in the bay.
