Latest project launch: Herts 2025

Herts 2025 is an initiative aimed at delivering significant air quality improvements in Hertfordshire towns by increasing the uptake of zero emission electric vehicles (EVs) within the taxi industry. The initiative is addressing the market failure surrounding the lack of information and awareness of the benefits, availability and capabilities of EVs - The initiative has been supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2014-2020.

Electric Blue and you

Electric Blue works in partnership with you to bring cleaner air and healthier futures to our communities. Our passion lies in providing practical solutions to fit your needs, through integrated charger and electric vehicle services, powered by renewable energy.

I am delighted to welcome the #ElectricRevolution to our District. The rapid charging point is an exciting addition to the ten electric charging points already available around the District.

Cllr Gill Clark (Deputy Mayor, St Albans City & District Council)

This project comes at zero cost to taxpayers and replaces the two chargers installed in 2011 and so doubles the capacity at each site.
